Gender Equality Plan

Bebees Digital has adopted a Gender Equality Plan for 2026–2028. The Plan is a public document signed by the owner. It covers equal treatment at work, dedicated time and budget, sex- and gender-disaggregated monitoring at least every two years, and annual awareness training, including on unconscious bias.
